I emailed in sick at 4am last night, unable to sleep for the coughing and the sinus pressure.
I finally got to sleep, and it was still a feat just to get myself out of bed after 3 in the afternoon today. My ribs hurt and my eyes hurt and my skin is all sensitive and I have that fun hot/cold thing.

Woo!

I think this calls for some niskena.

Good ol' sfour. It's incredibly nice out. You should try to experience it. Perhaps sfour could wheel your gurney out into the parking lot for a couple of minutes.
