s4 woke up and gleefully informed me how glad he was that it's Friday today.
I told him that it's really Thursday, and then we got consolation coffee.
I like the way misty mornings smell.
New s4 word today: hungovercast, as in "The sky looks really hungovercast."
They played the Dandy Warhols Teevee Theme Song on RadioK on the way to school. It is imminently singalongable and hooky, as, I suppose, a good teevee theme song should be. The best part is that it has no accompanying teevee show.
I was introduced to the metal shop in my sculpture class. I realized that any metal working I've done (other than making a box out of sheet metal in 8th grade shop class) has been to help build this and this.
"Oh! Sheet metal folder! I've used that."
I like art class. If you find a cool metal thingy and don't know what to do with it, give it to me, okay?
Also discovered that I can probably take a SCUBA class during intersession, which frees me up to take something else this summer. Woohoo! Sadly, metal casting isn't offered until fall. I might take printmaking instead. I heart mostly-free class. Lots.
