And while I'm on with feeling scared of the Christian fundie agenda, S4's parents apparently asked him "Where we were going" this week. We all know the real question.
My first thought, which I would have vocalized had I been there for it, was "Well, we'd really like to go to Chicago for a weekend sometime soon."
I guess I take it as a compliment that this means they welcome me and my weird hair kicking around at family gatherings for the rest of their lives, but man. I've got skeletons in that there closet, and they're not coming out to play 'til I'm damn good and ready.

Our board president bought me a cup of coffee and gave me leftover scones this morning.
And it looks like
