I've been posting about this, but haven't really promoted it.

I'm playing a piece in the Spark Festival of Electronic Music and Art, during one of four "Spark Nightlife" concerts.

Thursday, February 23, 2006 at the Nomad World Pub
Music starts at 9:30 and there's a $5 cover.

I'm on the bill with these folks and I am playing last.

Nathan Wolek and Matt Roberts
Improvised Explosive Device
Joseph Grimm
Funkenspiel

Video art by Mark Henrickson and S4

If you like electronic music, check out the festival- this thing keeps growing, and most of it is free.

My boss is on maternity leave and my two colleagues are teaching workshops out of state. I'm the only one here, and the bulk of what I have to do involves the accounting file, which is still with the bookkeeper.
It was very hard to get up today.

My office is very cold.

After the wussiest January I can ever recall growing up in the frozen north, the high today will be 0 with a wind-chill around 15 - 25 below. Arrrrrrrgh. The HIGH. It is face-numbing, booger-freezing cold here today. If you've never had your snot freeze when you inhale, you've never really been cold, I say. *waves Minnesota "badass m-fin' winter" State flag*

...but I'm almost positive I have Monday off. Neat!
