After being busy busy busy catching up at work, things finally feel less critical today. As such, I'm feeling profoundly unmotivated- the blessing and curse of being pretty self-directed...
But have I mentioned lately how much I love my job and my coworkers? This showed up in my mailbox today:
Derby practice was good. Nice to see everyone again, and meet some of the new girls. We practiced hitting, which I haven't done for a while- even at the BRC bout we were trying not to kill each other. Pretty sure I have new bruises blooming. Yep, it's good to be back...
