Making baked pasta. Baked pasta is really yummy, but it takes away the im-grat factor. Sometimes it's sad to take perfectly good food that I could eat right now (because I'm really hungry right now) and stick it in the over and make myself wait for 20 more minutes. But I think the extra yummy will be worth it. We got zucchini. How I miss the halcyon days of the farmers market and huge trays of zucchini for a mere $2. Again, one day...
