My derby team freakin' rocks.
Derby is fun.
Winning is extra fun.
My first jam kinda blew, but otherwise, I think I played well, had one really nice jammer take-out. On the whole, our team was on fire. I was really nervous for most of the day- probably a combo of not playing since last June and not having as much track time in recent practices.
S4 and discreetmusic and I sang the Backstreet Boys for karaoke, and that was pretty awesome, too.
Somehow I fucked up my left pinky in the first half- it's all bruised and swollen. Blah. Hope it's feeling better for my show on Wednesday.
Thanks to everyone who came out. The crowd was really large, especially for a Sunday.
