Caffeinated water is... odd. And has a big market among the 'starve yourself' crowd. :( I wrote a paper one semester on online eating disorder communities (which are totally fascinating and very, very human), and I had no idea who would possibly drink caffeinated water - until I started researching and found that it was idolized among anoretics for it's (literally) killer combination of energy without calories. :(
