Practiced hard with a few other Rockits at the oval last night. Fell hard once and managed to scrape my knuckles. I'm not exactly sure how that happened. Fortunately I fell more or less correctly and all the impact went to the pads; the oval is concrete and really brutal.
Damn, I was in much better shape at the end of April. I am stiff today, but not in pain.

Yet.

s4 marveled once again at just how much I can eat after I've been workin' out.

On the way home, I got to catcall miss gunn 'cause she was on the patio at a bar a few blocks from my house. That was delightful, that sneer of disdain that at once becomes a big smile upon recognition.

Ouch! I tore a hole clean through my skates from sliding around at the Oval... I can't imagine how painful it would be for my knuckles to go through the same pain.
