TMI

The scabs on my knees keep breaking open and sticking to the insides of my pants, causing whatever bits of new scab have formed to get pulled off again when I move my leg. Ew. I thought they were ready to live without bandages. Apparently this was not correct.

Well, if that continues, you'll have badass battle scars. :)

If the scabs are still thick enough to crack, you should keep them a little softened up. Bandages are the easiest way to do that, but some aloe (Jason makes a good one with tea tree oil and calendula in it that's awesome for owies) or a little neosporin or A+D or Vitamin E or whatever. Vitamin E will help reduce scarring if you are into that.

Having had the entire left side of my body without skin, I'm pretty familiar with scab maintenance. Ugh.
