Something my workplace is sorely lacking is a referral list of (preferrably low-cost) web designers willing/interested in creating websites for artists and/or small arts organizations.

Do you or someone you know wish to be on that list? Would you be willing to give Springboard referrals a discount?

hmmm, who do I know that's doing freelance design of that sort? contact hellziggy, she's the only one I am coming up with offhand. friend of chebutykin's as well, if you need another reference.
