My god, imagine your remains spending the rest of time in a pawnshop. I think it is way better to have remains as something to dispose of, buried, burnt and scattered, dumped overboard, shot into the sun, or incinerated as biohazardous waste. It also occurs to me that a good slang term for having your body turned into a diamond is to "get your body rocked". Rock this body, oh yeah, rock the body.
i don't know if it's so bad - i'd be all for having my remains turned into a diamond then set into something like a sword! especially a magical sword that drinks blood and tries to take control of it's wielder!!!
