Postage

We (FINALLY!) got rid of our postage meter! Hooray, end of super-expensive-prohibitively-long-lease!
I'm probably going to replace it with either a stamps.com account or a Dymo postage printer, but I don't know what to choose. Do any of you have experience with either of these?

I may just keep going to the post office directly, since The Man took away my super-convenient mailbox, but it's nice to not have to always buy more stamps, or wait in line for anything non-standard...

Ha! I have a long experience hating Postage meters. Did you have a lease with Pitney Bowes? I think ours is something retarded like 68 or 72 months. On the other hand, I do use the hell out of it - go through a grand or more of postage for domestic each month.

Stamps.com when I researched them in the past looked like they were making their money off of custom supplies. Other than the ink for the Pitney bowes machine the stickers are available generic and the costs are minimum (Ink is about $120 a year. 60$ for a 35ml cartridge....

Check to make sure whatever you need to print postage on is available via officemax or whatnot...
