Among other things, I dreamed this morning that I was a performer with All the Pretty Horses, and I was in my dressing room getting ready for a video to be shot. I had several wigs, and knee-high vinyl platform boots, and a black glittery go go dress. serandipatree was in attendance, with shortish hair again and kind of 70's aviator style glasses on. I had a small wooden block that was my lyrics crib sheet.
Today, I was awake before the garbage truck (who just left). I got a call to be a roadie for the Bridal Show at the convention center. Woo. I have no idea how long it goes, but I hope not long, as I'm scheduled at the store at noon today, and I have a meeting at five. I called and warned them I might be late, but with all the hubub lately, I'd rather not press any luck I have there. Bleh. I've already given up two calls because of it. So, I will likely work at least 12 hours today and then try to hit two parties. I'm glad I had a very wonderful day off. I got lots of useful and fun things accomplished, but not everything on my list, so I need another one.
