work ethic work ethic... ooh, shiny!
Yep. Work went and got really busy.
Too bad I'm still feeling kind of lazy. Well, not lazy. I don't have a problem working once I'm in the middle of a task, but between things when I'll just... start websurfing or checking email or uh, updating lj instead of moving on to another thing I know I should do.
Lists are good. Audits are persnickety.
My Mom bought me new glasses last night as my birthday present. I think that rocks. I don't need more stuff, but I need glasses, and now I don't have to try and budget for them. And they're cool, in an inoffensive indie-rock girl way. I will get them in a few days, and then I can take out my contacts other then when I plan on being unconscious for a while! Oooh, that will be divine. I like contacts, but sometimes eyes just want a break.
S4 and I also went to the hardware store, and now our cool apartment is even better. Hooray.
All right.
I should do some of these things what need doing, then.
