In a pretty good mood today. Had a nice Monday night, even without star5 for a yoga buddy. Today, besides barely noticable stiffness in my arms, I don't feel much from yoga at all. Which either means I didn't work hard or else I'm getting stronger. We seemed to do the same amount of stuff and I'm in a glass half-full mood, so we'll say I'm getting stronger. Neat. r0ckc4ndy was still my hottub buddy, though, which was nice. And then we had delicious pizza and sitting in the cute room.

i have been reading about the physiology of stretching and it seems that if you stretch before and after out it makes it so that you don't get sore.

like if you do the warm up, stretch, work out, stretch, cool down then you won't be sore. even if you're totally pumping iron. yoga kind of fits that nice to your body workout. plus hot tub probably helps your muscles get that crap out of them that makes them sore.

i thought it was interesting to see that if you excercise all the time and do it right it doesn't mean you're sore all the time.

isn't that fascinating?!
