Today we were in the exhibition hall instead of Wilkins. Different vibe and different flooring- it was nice and smooth but slick in a weird way. Nice to see spidertangle and thisc0rrosion, I wish you'd gotten a better reception!
I had a nice fall right on my booty; also got some rink burn on my elbow. My elbow is looking pretty rough- I think I either need to get smaller pads or I need to fix my elastic so they're tighter. I think my bruises are from the pad slipping off when I fall on it. No good that does. Well, it does some good, but it does far less good than a pad that fits right.
Bouting practice tonight. We played the Gardas, which was less frustrating that I'd mentally prepared for.
Still wanna get better, skate lower and faster and hit harder.

The best part of today was our meeting about uniforms. I am super excited.
