I bought my first thing ever via ebay tonight. Soon a shiny little 12-channel mackie will be coming my way. It's replacing my LED-laden yet confusing tascam with features I never use. Yay! Giddy giddy. I want to simplify my musical existence, and this is a good first step.

Anybody want a tascam digital mixer? c'mon, you know you wanna.

That would be quite nifty. Sadly, the two that are up on ebay are going pretty ridiculously cheap, so far. Rrrr.

They originally listed for about $1100, I bought it new for $600, and they seem to go on ebay for $350-$400. I'd like to get $400 but I'd settle for a little less.
