I'm baaaack....

...and I finally feel well rested after sleeping until after 1pm today. Yow. Take that, cold! The "cabin" was lovely- some cabin- it was a huge house! A huge house right on a lake with a gas fireplace and huge kitchen and satellite big screen TV and big ol' bathtub and huge comfy couch and 3 bedrooms and a garage and a laundry room and a porch and wood wood wood all over and and...
Had a great time. What a great way to bring in the new year. Thanks, danger! Thanks, everyone who came along! Thanks for driving, s4!
I need to lay off the exclamation points or I'm going to make myself sicker, already.

I realize I have not seen the returned EarlApricot as of yet. What's up with that?

she should be back into town tonight. she's been dividing her time with her dad, her mom, many relatives and holiday stuff and coming out to minneapolis and staying occasionally with me. she said she'd probably be back in town tonight to do something. i'm trying to think of something to do. anything going on? i have scattergories and damnit i never get to play it and thought getting a bunch of people to play it would be cool. i should be hearing from her sometime after i get home from work. she was out NYE and on last saturday.

plodd came down w/some flu/cold thingie, so we stayed in last night, and i don't know yet if we'll be out tonight. we definitely plan to be out on tuesday and wednesday nights - for 241's, brit pop night, and to see martin's band at the 400 bar. hopefully we can catch up at some point, no? i've got a couple of things from the serpentine exhibit to give you and s4.
