Yeah, I know... but I was out sick a day and a half, the boss is on maternity leave, I'm out next week Wed-Fri, and people that we act as a fiscal sponsor for are all "Why can't I have that five minutes ago, blah blah blah?" and swappin' around bank information without telling me, like it just doesn't matter where charitable donations go... Anyway. I'm in a good mood, actually, and my productivity streak is kicking in. Yay!
Hi xn! Good to see you! What's up with the maniacal grin/headscarf combo? It's unsettling in a way I can't articulate.
It's a tenugui, my friend in Nagasaki sent me four of these (different designs)! If you desire to open a 12oz. can of unfiltered joy, ask a Japanese person what you're supposed to do with a tenugui.
*eyes light up* "You can do anything! You wear on head, you dry dishes, tie on your wrist, napkin, wear in belt, anything! Usually very common with... farmers? Usually only they wear, but sometimes youth too." It is t3h cutez0r.
But yeah, I wore this one while driving around this summer, it stays in place with a simple half-knot and catches all the perspiration. I was very surprised at its efficacy in this regard.
As for the grin... I'm still practicing. It's going to get worse before it gets better, I'm afraid.
