whoa.

I think... just maybe, that Qwest customer service is not only being fast, but helpful, and even cutting me a break. I'm on hold for a minute, but be prepared to mark your calendar.

...and howzabout that. They just took $100 off my bill, and I wasn't even pushy. I think I'll have to stop saying such awful things about Qwest.


For a while, anyway.
