Perhaps one day it won't take me upwards of an hour to ferret out pretty trivial routing errors. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but someday.
I feel accomplished for finding the source of my problem anyway. Even if it's something I should have known, especially since it's something I've done before- but at least it won't be bugging me at work today. I didn't have enough time to patch things a different and (i'd like to think) somewhat clever way, but I still hold out hope that the next time I get into my studio I'll actually record something.
