Cartwheels at the Capitol: August 3, 2006 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Here’s your chance to take part in setting a WORLD RECORD for the most cartwheels performed at one time! Join USA Gymnastics, Xcel Energy Center and the Saint Paul RiverCentre and Visitors Authority (RCVA) on August 3, 2006 from 11:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and turn a cartwheel at the State Capitol grounds to help set a world record! People of all ages and skill levels are needed to achieve this world record. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm.

The event is a fun way to celebrate the upcoming VISA Championships, on August 16 – 19, 2006 at the Xcel Energy Center.

Each individual must register to enter in order to be acknowledged with the Guinness Book of World Records. Registration will be available online at www.usa-gymnastics.org beginning July 6, 2006. Every registered participant will receive a free ticket for the Opening Night’s competition-Senior Men’s All-Around and Individual Events-Day 1.

Bring the whole family downtown St. Paul, help to make history and see Olympic gymnastic coach Bela Karolyi!

I made a song.

Lemme know whatcha think. I haven't finished recording anything new in a long time, it's kinda scary. Posting music is as close as I get to asking if my butt looks big in these pants, you know? I'm trying to get over it. Though I have learned (mostly through my job) that the best way to do that is to make more.
I like my job.

If I can finish one other one, I'll make cds with two new tracks and two older ones.
I also stopped retching long enough to make another myspace page. If you are into that, it's myspace.com/calymusic.

Personally, my favorite part is that my only upcoming show is listed, and it's in Black Rock City, Nevada. Yay.
