Thanks to everyone who came to the opening at the Black Dog.
It was a nice mellow show- even so, after loading and unloading and everything, I was really amazingly stupid hungry when I got home.

I'm sad, I found the perfect go-cart for desert adventures on craigslist for only $60 and I emailed right away and it was even the first day of the listing and everything, but I looked again today it said SOLD. Poop.

This is why you should preface every email with "Hellos! I am a pretty girl who wants something you have!" That puts the burden of breaking the news to people who responded first upon the seller.

Yeah, I'll keep that in mind. Then I'll go shopping for a used car or tools or motorcycle gear or something and giggle like I've had a bottle of champagne and coo "Gosh, I don't know ANYTHING about these technical things!" That'll be awesome.

There was a garage sale down the street from me today, and driving by (on the way to a friend's party) I saw a go-kart on a little trailer. Now, it's obvious that these people are moving, so perhaps it's just out there to be out of the way, but it could be for sale. I'll check tomarrow before work.
