I guess these are very similar to Jaffa cakes except a) mousse and b) not fruit... I, however, am intrigued as all hell by Jaffa cakes and must still find the genuine article. I know there are some British shops around here somewhere...

From what I remember, Jaffa cakes are exactly Pims, only they have orange gooey stuff in the middle. My London biscuit addiction was certainly the dark-chocolate-covered Hobnobs. Damn, those are awesome. I never learned accurately what the hell a "digestive" biscuit was supposed to be as opposed to a regular one. I think its just something to call a cookie so it sounds more healthy or something.
