spacebugSpacecar decided it had had enough of the ignored "service engine soon" light and went right to distrubing clunkity noises. That's how I got to spend 2 hours at the Riverside Starbucks waiting for a tow truck instead of skating tonight.
Dang.
On a better note, Dan Hetzel was my barista. I know, because I said "Hey, aren't you Dan Hetzel?" and he looked surprised that anyone would know this, until I started babbling about how I'd seen a bunch of Scrimshaw shows, and that my boss happens to be married to one of his best friends, and how Butch Roy was my shift supervisor at my very first job a very long time ago, and I work at an artsy place wherein I tend to meet people who do creative things and stuff like that. His coworker said I could join the Dan Hetzel Fan Club, and not to worry, that it was free.
I said okay.
