Since I cut my dreads off, neither of my derby helmets fit. I forgot I have a wee little head under all that hair. I'll have to go get a new one this weekend.

too cute!
this spring i kept wondering why my bike helmet was bobbling around on my head until i remembered that i kept a hat under there for the previous five months.

also, sometimes i walk around stores (grocery stores, etc) with my helmet on because it is awkward to carry. i kept getting the strangest looks and getting stared at by kids. when i realized it was because i looked like a big alien-headed weirdo, i wished i had a shiny reflective chrome dome like a derby girl instead of the matte silver one i have.

can't you just get new helmet inserts with more padding? (i really don't know)
