We've had that copier at least two years, and I was never aware of paper-jam doors Z1 and Z2, cleverly hidden inside the Primary "Z" component.

Oh gawd. I laughed really hard at that. After 3 years working with the same machines (replaced only by new versions of themselves), I still periodically have to dig crap out of a jam location I didn't know existed...

I need a new job. :P
