I think I f-ed up my back installing air conditioners at work this week. Perhaps rigorous get-back-into-shape plans will just have to wait a bit.

Might want to take it easy on the yoga and other such activities for a little while too, at least initially. Nothing screws up a muscle injury worse than reinjuring it in a novel way.
