Eeeeh, fuck.
Sep. 30th, 2005 09:04 amMy shoulder/neck is doing that hurty thing again, just for bout day! Hooray. I'm not going to let it keep me from playing tonight, especially since it's likely I won't be in the game a ton as it is, and also, because of where I tend to play I'll give and recieve most hits on my other side, but *still*.
I'm mostly, if not completely, pain-free in a neutral pose, when I turn my head a lot either way it hurts, but once it gets where its going the pain stops.
I'm not used to sporty related pain. I'm not sure if this one is from derby or from yoga or from a nice combo... So, sporty people (molly?) what should I do to either make this better as soon as possible, or at least make it not worse? Rub it? Stretch it? Leave it alone? Ice it? Heat it? Put smelly sporty cream on it? Take an over the counter painkiller? Any combination of these things? My inclination is that it feels tight and wants to be heated and stretched, but I know those things can also make things worse.
Bleh.
Anyway. Still excited.
