New Year's Eve?

So I agree with rahna- it doesn't feel much like a party day today, somehow. My big time for party mixed with reflection and goal setting has shifted in the last four years to be centered around Burning Man instead. It just lends itself much more spectacularly to that kind of thing than a harried week of being broke right after Christmas and the myriad of family birthdays.

Don't know what I'm doing tonight. I feel like something more mellow. Not sure what that'd be. Other options:
Party at vaxjo's little brother's house?
Look Ma, No Pants?
First Avenue?

I don't know what Joe and I will end up doing - call him if you want to try to get him to come up with something firm. ;-) But it seems likely to me that we will end up at #1 at some point. Possibly around midnight.

And I'm not really feeling very party-like right now, either. I'm blaming it on the sleep deprivation, though.
